Facial Toner - Rice + Rose Water

Rice + Rose Water toner is formulated for sensitive skin.  It contains no alcohol, dyes, or fragrance oils.  Ingredients such as cucumber, aloe vera, and rice protein contain properties know to help redness and soothe skin.

Use with a cotton pad after cleansing your skin to leave your face feeling refreshed and hydrated.

You product will arrive in a 4oz amber glass bottle.
