Policies

Shipping - All items are shipped via USPS or UPS and a tracking number will be provided once it has shipped. Items are shipped within one to two business days. Custom orders will be shipped as soon as finished. Please be sure to provide correct shipping information.

Payment - All payments are made through Shopify's accepted payments.

Allergies and Skin sensitivities -. If you or the person you are buying for has any known allergies or sensitivities, please read our ingredient lists.  All of our products are made with equipment that handles nut oils, milks, botanicals, butters (shea, cocoa, mango), beeswax, and other organic raw materials. If you are not sure about an ingredient please contact me with any questions.

Refunds - Due to the nature of the products being made in small batches or custom made, refunds are not offered. If there is damage to a product, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be happy to replace it with the same or similar product.

Privacy Policy  - Your name, address, and email will not be shared with anyone and used only for our records to send a monthly newsletter.
